How much does shipping cost?
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping of $5.35 anywhere in the U.S.
Shipping is FREE when you order 3 or more tees (or spend $75+) — no code needed! The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We’ll send a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently only ship within the United States. But we’re hoping to expand in the future!
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you haven’t received it or have questions, just contact us here.
What sizes do your shirts run?
Our shirts are unisex and fit true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. A size chart is available on each product page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
Since each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse — so please double-check the size guide before ordering.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
So sorry about that! Just email a photo of the issue to cjames@freshairtees.com within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Where are your products made and shipped from?
Our products are printed and shipped by trusted partners in the U.S. Your order will ship from the facility closest to your location to help reduce delivery time.
